This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Zagare Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 11 Sept 2023 until Fri 07 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are available on request and at an additional cost.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
