This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that electricity is not included and comes at an extra charge of EUR 0.35 per kWh. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours: of EUR 35 from 20:00 to 22:00; of EUR 50 from 22:00 to 00:00, of EUR 35 arriving on Sundays.
