As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. If you use GPS navigation you can enter Lungomare E. Mattei as your destination. Here you will find a flashing light, with directions to the Magnolia hotel. After the Magnolia hotel, 50 meters turn right, after Torre Silvana, a 15th century tower, you will find the signs for Maresol. The GPS coordinates of the structure are: N 41.86453°, E 16.15994° We are present on Google Maps. Air conditioning is available upon request and at an additional cost. A shared washing machine is available at an additional cost. The first supply of linen is included in the total cost. Change of linen is available for a fee. the price list is at the reception. Daily cleaning on request is subject to charges and does not include the kitchen and dishes. The hob, refrigerator and all utensils must be left washed and tidy.
