Villa San Martino is an elegant establishment, surrounded by a beautiful green park, just outside the Baroque city of Martina Franca. Get ready for a pleasant, relaxing Apulian holiday. In the surroundings of Villa San Martino you can find protected areas, UNESCO sites and unique architecture.

The property boasts ancient paintings and antique furniture, the rooms are absolutely beautiful. Some suites feature wide terraces adorned with flowers. The outdoor seasonal swimming pool and the wellness centre will provide pleasurable, relaxing moments.

All rooms were redone in 2023 with new mattresses, home automation, A/C system. New opening 2023 the fine-dining restaurant Ninò.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Relais Villa San Martino in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the wllnes center Oasis is open from 10:00 until 19:00 daily.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
