Important information

Please inform Villa Rita Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. ‘Please be informed that a surcharge of Euro 30 is applied for arrivals after 10 pm and all arrivals must be approved by the property.’
