Please inform Villa Mattera in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. You can bring your own or rent them on site.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds.
