Please inform Villa Como Lake in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge of EUR 170 per day. Please note that there will be an extra charge of final cleanings of 500€, cash upon arrival.
