You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. - The dishes are delivered clean and must be left clean. - The care and cleaning of the property during the stay are borne by the customer. - It is forbidden to organize parties and introduce other people in the house, in addition to paying guests. - It requires maximum respect for the rules of coexistence within the condo and the house, avoiding crowds and inappropriate behavior. - It applies the collection of waste. Check-in is permitted after 15:00 (3 pm) (it is not possible to enter in the apartment or leave luggages before the time of check in) Check-Out maximum untill 10:00 (10 am). If the check out is late the cost of the day will be charged SELF CHECK IN: THERE IS AUTOMATIC SELF CHECK-IN TO ENTER TO THE APARTMENT.
