Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent bed linen on-site at EUR 50 per stay and towels at EUR 50 per stay (stays of at least 7 nights). For stays of a longer period, these fees are per week EUR 50 for each. The security deposit is 300 euros per apartment per stay which will be collected upon check-in and will be refunded provided the checks are all okay at your departure.
