Located in the heart of Tuscany’s Maremma Nature Reserve, Tenuta Agricola dell’Uccellina is surrounded by woods and green countryside, just 5 km from the sea. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities in the Maremma Reserve, including horse riding and hiking.
Guests can also visit the local wine producers at Scansano and Morellino. There is a children's play area in the garden, and activities and sessions organised at the farm. Beginner horse riding lessons are also available.
The property offers rooms and suites, as well as apartments with kitchnettes, which are located in different buildings around the grounds. The restaurant serves homemade specialities using locally sourced or home grown ingredients, such as organic meat and honey, olive oil and wine.
Tenuta Uccellina is located on Italy’s west coast between Florence and Rome. The town of Grossetto is a 20 minute drive away.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. When driving, please note that the last 50 metres of the road is not paved. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet per night applies.
