This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20/hour applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50/hour applies for departures before check-out hours. All requests for early departure are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 20/hour applies for departures after check-out hours. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
