Set at an altitude of 350 metres, SarAnd Relais-Adults Only has its own swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. It is 8 km outside Fondi, and 12 km from the seaside in Sperlonga. SarAnd Relais-Adults Only is a family-run farmhouse surrounded by nature, and set on the border of the Monti Aurunci Nature Reserve.

All rooms have a private patio. Each is air conditioned, and features a TV and minibar. A free internet terminal is available at reception. It is possible to book a place on the beach at a nearby bathing establishment in Sperlonga with which has an agreement with SarAnd Relais-Adults Only.
