Important information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform SAN POLO 2140 IN THE HEART OF VENICE in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. AGGIUNGERE: INFO RISCALDAMENTO E ARIA CONDIZIONATA Da regolamento regionale, l’aria condizionata sarà attiva dalla fine di Aprile a metà Settembre e il riscaldamento da fine Settembre a metà Aprile. La temperatura consentita all’interno delle abitazioni è di 24°-26° per l’aria condizionata e 20°-22° per il riscaldamento, che potrà essere regolato da remoto dal nostro staff. Per il condizionamento, sono installati dei dispositivi che si attiveranno con l’inserimento dell’apposita chiave che troverete in appartamento e si spegneranno automaticamente quando uscirete di casa portando con voi le chiavi. INFO HEATING / AC As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°. This can be controlled and settled remotely by our staff. Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
