Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For arrivals after 20:00 there is a surcharge of 30 EUR, from 20:00 to 22:00 / 50 EUR and from 22:00 to 00:00 / 80 EUR from midnight to 1:00 at the latest. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°. This can be controlled and settled remotely by our staff.
