Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that spa access is included in the rate. Visits are limited to 1 hour 45 minutes and reservations are required. Access to the wellness area and the sauna park is reserved for guests aged 14 and over, children under 14 can only access the swimming pool until 2 pm.
