You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Reception is open from Monday-Saturday: 9:00-20:00, Sunday: 10:00-18:00. Cleaning service is provided every day. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week. When booking 10 or more nights, in case of early departure guests are charged 50% of the remaining fee. Note that the name of the credit card used to make the booking must match one of the guests staying at the property. Otherwise, at the time of booking the card holder must provide authorization for the use of the card by third parties. You must show the credit card you used to make the reservation upon check-in.
