You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 05 May 2024 until Sun 09 Jun 2024 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 09 Sept 2024 until Tue 31 Dec 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The apartment must be left clean, or an additional cleaning fee will apply. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent bed linen at EUR 10 per person and towels at EUR 5 per person. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged extra according to usage.
