This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in and keys pick up is in Traversa via don Francesco Filigheddu, 8, 07028 S. Teresa di Gallura. This is 200 metres from the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after 9 pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Children and extra bed policy
