Please inform Residence Mareblù in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that parking is upon availability as parking spaces are limited. Bed linen are changed once a week, towels are changed twice a week. Daily cleaning of the apartments is available at an extra cost. Please note that air conditioning in the apartments is included in the price and is guaranteed from June 15th to September 15th. In the other periods it is activated at the discretion of the management based on the climatic conditions of the period. The air conditioning in the rooms is autonomous and is managed directly by the guest.Children and extra bed policy
