Please inform Residence Ables in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from November until the end of May. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property. Special rates are available at the thermal baths in Bormio. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 3.50EUR per pet, per night applies. Different charges applied for animals per night respectively for small, medium and big size.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
