This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours, between 18:00 until 19:00, a surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals between 19:00 until 20:00 and between 20:00 until 21:00 a surcharge of EUR 60 applies.
