Dating back to the 18th century, Podere Mezzastrada is set on a hill in the Chianti wine area 1 km outside Fiano. Surrounded by vineyards, it offers Tuscan-style apartments, each with a patio and BBQ. Podere Mezzastrada is composed of 4 different buildings, all set in gardens.

The swimming pool has plenty of sun loungers and parasols and has panoramic views of San Gimignano and Certaldo. Each apartment features attractive original features such as wood-beamed ceilings. All with a private entrance, they also feature a comfortable seating area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Some have a fireplace or dishwasher. Guests have free parking and a free Wi-Fi area. The property is just north of I Roveri Golf Club and Florence is 30 km away.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 4 years old to 13 years old stay for € 7.50 per person per stay when using an available extra bed. People 14 years old and over stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
