Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that check-in takes place at Viale Antonio Gramsci 16 Florence. The wellness centre and indoor pool are open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00. Children up to 14 years old are allowed to the spa until 18:00. Each guest can reserve a one hour session. A maximum of 15 people are allowed in the wellness, we recommend to reserve your free session a few days before arrival. The use of the panoramic hot tub comes at a surcharge of EUR 80€ for 45 minutes, including one bottle of Prosecco (or 60€ without the bottle).Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
