Important information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person/per stay. You should bring your own towels as they are not provided on site. Managed by a private host

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
