Please inform La casa al mare di Ale e Dade in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Children up 17 years old are admitted only if accompanied by parents Please note that upon check-in for children up to 17 years old is required to fill in a form called minors release. This form is provided by our holiday home. Guests are required to show photo ID upon check-in. A surcharge of 50,00 € applies for arrivals for check-in hours 17:00-19:00.
