Warning: Unfortunately in Italy the laws on tourist rentals are increasingly severe for HOSTS. Therefore: -we are obliged to collect data. To guarantee your privacy, we send a link, through which you can fill in the data yourself and after our check, they will be sent to the Police Headquarters and then self-destructed; -we are obliged to have a tourist rental contract signed, its basis is the reservation you made through the portal, which itself constitutes a contract; -we are obliged to request the data for the receipt and invoice (name and surname, email address, address, CF if resident in Italy).

Thank you for your understanding. Check-in is only available until 8 pm; After 9 pm and in any case before 00 am, you will be asked for an additional cost for your check in. Our offices are open from 9 am to 10 pm.
