The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 18:00 to 22:00. Check-ins from 22:00 to 00:00 come at an additional cost of EUR 25. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note the property has no 24-hour reception, therefore you are kindly asked to always let the property know your expected arrival time in advance in order to arrange check-in. Children and extra bed policy

Children ages 1 and older are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 1 year old to 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
