Quiet, countryside hotel Castello di San Gaudenzio is set in lovely green grounds and housed in a 15th-century castle. Enjoy sports facilities and an elegant, classical ambience. Castello di San Gaudenzio has 18th-century style lounges containing old frescos and period furniture, charming stone courtyards, a weapons gallery and a library.
The stables have been converted into an indoor swimming pool and fitness room with modern gym equipment. There is also a sun terrace outside, perfect for relaxing. Voghera is a 10-minute drive away from Castello di San Gaudenzio and a variety of historic Lombard and Piedmont towns can be visited easily from here.
