Dating back to the 1800s, Il Casale Delle Rose is a working farm in Val di Noto. Just 3.5 km outside Caltagirone, it serves an organic breakfast of homemade produce. Il Casale Delle Rose has extensive grounds that include a swimming pool and a horse riding stable.
Cookery classes are available on site and the restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast includes homemade biscuits and milk and jams from the farm. Rooms have a rustic décor and overlook the garden and some have a balcony.
