Villa Simplicitas, a family-run boutique hotel, is a nineteenth-century villa located within a large country property in a small valley between Lake Como and Lake Lugano, and hosts its customers in rooms that keep the furniture and the atmosphere of the time.
A 1-hour drive from Milan, Hotel Villa Simplicitas is surrounded by meadows and ancient chestnut trees. The property includes a working farm. Parking is free. The rooms are located in the main villa or in the smaller annex.
Each is equipped with carpeted floors, and a private bathroom with shower. Guests can relax in the lounge or in the antique billiards room. The on-site restaurant with candlelit veranda specialises in regional cooking and serves also breakfast every morning, also in the veranda.
