This family-run hotel has a fantastic location just 100 metres from the beach and seaside promenade of Montesilvano. It offers free parking, free internet and a restaurant specialising in Abruzzo cuisine.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Entertainment on the beach is only provided in July and August. When booking the full-board option, 1/2 L of water and 1/4 L of wine are included per person. When booking half-board option, a 3-course menu, water and wine are included. Please note that during the summer months the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. For the rest of the year from Monday to Thursday, the restaurant is open only for dinner, and on the remaining days is provided at a nearby partner restaurant. To reach the property lift, you have to go up 5 steps. Please note that cash payments of EUR 3000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
