Important information

Please inform Hotel Elvia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests wishing to rent sun loungers must pay the extra cost directly at the beach. Beach service is available from May until September. The parking garage is 500 metres from the hotel and a small refundable security deposit is required for the access card. Please note that the pre-authorisation of the credit card might be from Hotel Arizona, which is of the same owner as Hotel Elvia. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 16 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
