This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 18 Sept 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 Piscina n. 2 is closed from Mon 18 Sept 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 19:30 until 23:30 costs EUR 30. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The swimming pools are open from the first Saturday of June until the second Sunday of September. One parking space is guaranteed for each apartment. Please note that final cleaning, heating, gas and water are at extra charge.Children and extra bed policy
