Please inform Entire property Florence private pool park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the pool is open from the first weekend of May until the last weekend of September. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit. This is non-refundable and must be paid within 5 days of booking.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 11 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 15 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 11 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
