The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person. A deposit of 30% of the total ammount will be required to confirm the reservation.Children and extra bed policy
