This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Contempora Apartments - trilocale Podgora 10 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. - Online Check-in: complete at least 48 hours before arrival, with the guests' documents and the estimated time of arrival at the facility. The link is found in the Booking Confirmation message. - Check-In (from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm): the meeting for the delivery of the keys will be organized, based on the availability of our operators. We ask you to inform us in advance about your expected arrival at the facility to ensure a smooth check-in. - Late Check-in (from 8.00 pm to 12.00 am): it is possible to organize the meeting for the delivery of the keys, with a supplement of €30.00, based on the availability of our operators. - Additional sheets/linen (with 48 hours notice): €30.00 per person. - Separate waste collection: to comply with municipal provisions, it is mandatory to separate organic waste, paper, plastic and glass from non-recyclable (mixed) waste. Penalties of €25.00 may apply. - Crockery at the end of the stay: we ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition and to leave the dishes clean and/or run the dishwasher (if present).
