Please inform Cascina Borghetta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Tue 01 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We inform our customers, who want to stay for 10 or more nights at our facility, that halfway through their stay (date to be agreed with the reception staff) our cleaning staff will provide a summary cleaning of the apartment. This cleaning consists of cleaning the bathroom fixtures, the floor and changing towels and sheets with subsequent making of the beds. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
