Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform CapoSud - Appartamento Sottovento in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Please note that fishing and diving come at a surcharge. Please note Electricity cost on consumption of 0.50kwh not included. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
