This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Ca della Luna Venexiana by Venicevillas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Ca della luna is an apartment intended for tourist rental and, therefore, it is mandatory to stipulate a rental contract. Subletting is expressly prohibited, and the stay is permitted only to people who are registered with the competent authorities as required by Italian law. Completing the online check-in in its entirety, especially the insertion of images of the documents, and signing the contract is mandatory, in order to receive the access codes to the apartment. The check-in link will be sent via messaging on the booking platform. No later than 24 hours before the check-in the guest must communicate the approximate time of arrival in the city and the method of arrival, in order to receive better support. At the time of booking, a pre-authorisation (not collection) of €100 will be made on the credit card inserted in order to validate the same. The same operation will be carried out upon arrival and considered as a security deposit. The total cost of the rental and tourist taxes must be paid via a payment link, preferably using the same card entered at the time of booking. This link will be sent when the free cancellation expires via the portal messaging. The balance must be paid within the next 24 hours. The apartment will be checked and verified in all its functions before your arrival to guarantee a quality standard; If you find any anomalies, please report them promptly. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The Venicevillas Agency declines all responsibility for direct/indirect damages resulting from the behavior of co-inhabitants, gas leaks, toxic emissions, fires, floods, explosions or involuntary interruptions of service. Check-in will take place in self-service mode with telephone assistance guaranteed from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Outside these hours, a telephone number will be available for emergencies only. On the day of arrival, you will be notified of the location and code of the key box by 3:00 pm. Upon check-out, the apartment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Any damage will be charged. Leave the keys in the same key box where they were found. It is forbidden to leave rubbish bags outside or inside the apartment.
