Please inform Blu Marlin Residence con piscina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 11 Feb 2024 until Mon 20 May 2024 Please note, only apartments include a kitchenette. The laundry service and hot tub are at an additional cost. An extra charge will apply if apartments are not left clean and tidy. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The swimming pool is open from June to August. Please note that unaccompanied guests under 18 cannot be accommodated.Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot.
