Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, this working farm produces olive oil, wine, vegetables, essential oil and wheat. With its own restaurant and a children's zoo, it is a 10-minute drive from Sorano. Local ricotta cheese and honey feature at breakfast, along with fruit pies, cakes and jams, accompanied by local pecorino cheese and cold cuts.
The Aia del Tufo restaurant serves Tuscan specialities prepared from the farm's own and organic produce. Rooms have hand-crafted furniture and tiled floors. Each overlooks the garden and includes a private bathroom with locally produced, essential oil-based toiletries.
