This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that from June until September, nearby live music concerts may cause noise disturbances. Please note that electricity, extra changes of linen and towels, a daily cleaning service, meal preparation and heating are all available subject to additional costs. Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 2.86 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
