This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 until 23:00 costs extra EUR 30. After this time, late check-in will be charged an additional EUR 20 every hour of delay.Children and extra bed policy
