You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Outdoor Pool is closed from Mon 25 Sept 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 Kids Pool is closed from Mon 25 Sept 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 Dama Dama Restaurant is closed from Mon 29 Apr 2024 until Fri 17 May 2024 Airport shuttle to the airports of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino, Florence Peretola and Pisa Galileo Galilei is available upon request and at extra cost. Please note beauty treatments and massages are at extra costs. The entrance to the Wellness Center has to be booked in advance and it includes free access to unheated outdoor and indoor pools, fitness center, tennis, padel and soccer courts. Upon check-in, guests are required to show an identification document with photo, and a credit card. Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. Payments cannot be made by bank transfer, check and travel check. Cash payments are accepted up to a limit of 999.00 EURO. Please note that the “Half Board” rate includes dinners only for adults. The cost of dinner for each child is of € 30 in low season and € 40 in high season. The garage costs 25 euros per day for the first 5 days of stay, and 20 euros per day starting from the sixth; you can book it both before your stay or upon arrival.
