Surrounded by its vineyards just outside Tirolo, Appartementhaus Linter offers a wine cellar and apartments with a terrace facing Merano. The shared garden is equipped with a free BBQ available on request, and an outdoor swimming pool.
The ground-floor apartments feature larch wood furnishings and red and white textiles. Each includes a 21” satellite TV, kitchenette and a spacious shower in the bathroom, while some have free Wi-Fi.
Wine tastings are organised in the wine cellar, where you can also buy locally produced wines. The panoramic terrace by the pool is fitted with deck chairs. Sessions in the sauna, Finnish and steam baths can be booked on site.
The village centre of Tirolo is a 3-minute drive from Linter Appartementhaus. A greengrocer’s shop and banks are found in Merano, a 15-minute walk away.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Appartementhaus Linter in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Wed 20 Sept 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit. Check-in is in the main building, which is 40 metres from the apartments, at the same address. Please note the sauna, Finnish and steam bath are at extra costs.
