Important information

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. CHECK-IN TIMES to the things you need to know: The standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We generally allow check-in any time after 11am, but please note that we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be clean until 3pm. Outside these times check-in is still possible, but a supplement will be applied: 19:00 -21:00 20 EURO |21:00-24:00 40 EURO| 24:00 - 9:00 (the next day) 60 EURO The check-out time is 10:30. Late check-outs will incur a fee unless previously agreed. 50% of the daily rate until 1pm/1PM 100% of the daily rate after 1pm/1PM Please note that if you leave rubbish which requires additional cleaning, we will need to ask for a cleaning fee. Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 50 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
