Important information

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. CHECK-IN TIMES: Standard check-in times are 3pm to 7pm. We generally allow check-in any time after 11am, but please note that we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be clean until 3pm. Outside these times check-in is still possible, but a supplement will be applied: 19:00 - 21:00 20 EURO 21:00 - 24:00 40 EURO 24:00 - 9:00 (the next day) 60 EURO The check-out time is 10:30. Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 50 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
