This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Alberto's Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Both self-check-in or check-in in person with one of us (free between 3pm and 8pm)is available. In both cases you must communicate your choice at least 6 hours in advance. After 8pm, upon request, you can self check-in for free or check-in in person at an additional cost of 20 euros.
