This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. When traveling with pets, please note that a pet fee applies from EUR 30.00 to EUR 40.00 depending on the animal per stay. Please note that it is allowed only 1 pet per apartment.
