In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sun 17 Sept 2023 until Sun 02 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 20:30, please inform the property in advance. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. The swimming pool is open from June until early September. Please note that the Electricity fee is not included in the room rate. Air Conditioning is available upon request at an additional charge.Children and extra bed policy
Children ages 3 and older are allowed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
